Dear Prospective Tenant, Thank you for your interest in University Village.  We would like to share some information about our complex with you. University Village consists of 130 apartment units.  Our units include studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments.  We are located on the north edge of Indiana State University’s campus, adjacent to the library; an ideal location for all college students.  University Village Apartments are equipped with five separate laundry facilities. Our community lounge contains a large screen television, study tables, pool table, audio system, a kitchenette, and a copy machine for your convenience.  Furthermore, we offer around the clock access to our three exercise rooms.  Multiple phone lines are available in the apartment for those tenants who require private lines, faxes, and Internet access.  We also have broadband internet access available. Closed circuit observation cameras are located around the complex so the parking lots and lounge area can be viewed from each apartment.  At University Village we extend extra benefits to our residents year round.  We conduct several special events throughout the school year.  Examples of these events include:  A pancake breakfast during finals week, pay-per-view nights, free pool day, sand volleyball, and basketball.  We would also like to mention we offer CPR and first aid training free to our tenants every third Tuesday of the month.
